Wear resistant compound plate


DETLOFF wear resistant compound plate is ideally suited for manufacturing wear-resistant linings and components for plants and machinery. Our semi-finished plates can be processed accurately using plasma or Water-jet-cutting.

Wear resistant compound plate is used to manufacture pipes and pipe bends, conveyors and chutes, ventilators and separators, screens and gratings, linings for mixers, crushers and mills etc.

DETLOFF wear resistant compound plate is a combination of a carrier material made of steel and a wear-resistant "armoured layer". The thickness of the base material and the thickness of the "armoured layer" can be adjusted according to the wear resistance required.

We manufacture wear resistant compound plate either as semi-finished products (plates) in standard sizes, pre-cut or as finished components to your requirements or specifications.

As the carrier material (sheet steel) can be welded and the wear resistant compound plate can be processed similar to "conventional" plate, structures are easy to fabricate.
Screws, rivets or welding are the traditional fastening methods.
